*Tuition includes shared accommodation, most meals, and private voice/coaching lessons as described on our program pages.

Casting Announcements will be made on a rolling basis beginning January 2, 2015.

FEES, for all participants


$45 Application Fee. Required for application evaluation. Non-refundable, payable with application.

$600 Acceptance Deposit. Non-refundable, received within 2 weeks of acceptance notification. This will hold your place and ensure casting consideration. Applicable toward tuition balance.

Tuition Deposit. 50% of remaining tuition balance must be received by March 1, 2015 (not postmarked), non-refundable.

Remaining balance must be received by April 15, 2015 (not postmarked) and is non-refundable except in extreme cases and only if a suitable replacement singer can be found.

$100 Housing Security Deposit . Payable April 15, 2015 and refundable minus cleaning & damage charges after checkout assessment.

Singers selected for participation in NAPA Music Festival are responsible for their own travel to/from Napa and must provide proof of coverage under a current health insurance policy.

**EARLY ENROLLMENT INCENTIVE - Please note the Early Enrollment period has ended.

LATE APPLICATIONS

For application received after March 1, 2015:

    • Payment of 50% of total tuition is due upon acceptance, with the balance payable April 15, 2015.
    • After April 15, 2015 payment of total tuition is due upon acceptance.


Housing surcharge for applications submitted after May 15: $200

LATE PAYMENT FEE

Payments received after the posted deadlines are subject to a Late Payment Fee.

Tuition Deposits received March 2, 2015 through April 15, 2015 possible loss of casting assignment
Payments received April 16, 2015 through April 30, 2015 add 5% of total tuition
Payments received May 1, 2015 through May 15, 2015 add 8% of total tuition and possible loss of casting assignment
Payments received after May 16, 2015 add 10% of total tuition and possible loss of casting assignment

 

 

WORK-STUDY FELLOWSHIPS

A limited number of work-study positions may be available depending upon enrollment. Any requests for financial aid will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and will be based largely upon casting needs and individual's skill set.

 

REFERRAL REBATE

Students will receive a Referral Rebate for each additional participant whom they have referred. Their referrals must enroll in a program of equal or greater duration. (Referral Rebates for work-study students will be granted in the form of additional private lessons/coachings.) Students may earn multiple Referral Rebates, up to a maximum of full tuition remission. Referral Rebates will be refunded within six (6) weeks of the close of Festival.

24-DAY PARTICIPANTS $225 per referral
