Early Bird:   Application + fee + audition video received by December 15, 2015  for priority casting consideration. Casting will continue until all positions have been filled.  A Late Fee of $100 will apply after March 15, 2016.  Applications will be accepted through May 15, 2016.   

Applications will be reviewed upon receipt of application and fee.  Casting decisions will be announced on a rolling basis as applications are received. It is therefore highly recommended that you submit your application as soon as possible.

*Tuition includes most lunches and private voice & coaching lessons as described on our Program pages.

 

HOUSING

Double-occupancy dormitory housing and daily breakfast at Justin-Siena High School Residence Hall. Dormitory housing is available to full-session (24 day) students only.

Festival housing is NOT guaranteed for students who apply after March 15, 2016.

FEES & PAYMENT SCHEDULE


$35 Application Fee. Required for application evaluation. Non-refundable, payable with application.

$600 Acceptance Deposit. Non-refundable, received within 2 weeks of Acceptance Invoice. Applicable toward tuition balance.

Tuition & Housing - First Payment. 50% of remaining tuition and housing balance must be received by March 15, 2016 (not postmarked), non-refundable.

Tuition & Housing - Second Payment. Remaining balance must be received by April 15, 2016 (not postmarked) and is non-refundable.

$100 Housing Security Deposit. Must be received by April 15, 2016. Refundable, subject to cleaning & damage charges.

NAPA Music Festival students are responsible for their own travel to/from Napa and must provide proof of coverage under a current health insurance policy.

Failure to make ANY payment within the published deadline may result in loss of casting assignment.

LATE APPLICATIONS

The payment schedule outlined above does not apply to applications received after March 15, 2016.

For applications received after March 15, 2016:

    • $100 Late Application Fee will be added.
    • Late Payment Fees will apply for payments received after the deadline(s) on your Invoice(s).


Festival housing may be available, but is NOT guaranteed for students who apply after March 15, 2016.

 

LATE PAYMENT FEE

Payments received after the posted deadlines are subject to a Late Payment Fee.

Payments received 1-30 days late add 5% of total tuition & possible loss of casting assignment
Payments received 31-60 days late add 7% of total tuition & possible loss of casting assignment
Payments received after 61 days add 10% of total tuition & possible loss of casting assignment

 

 

 

WORK-STUDY SCHOLARSHIPS

A limited number of work-study positions may be available depending upon enrollment. Any requests for financial aid will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and will be based largely upon casting needs and individual's skill set. If you are interested in a work-study position, please list on your application any skills and/or work experience you have that may be useful to the festival.

 

FREE BONUS LESSONS

Students will receive two (2) FREE bonus lessons for each additional participant whom they have referred. Each referral must be a full-session (24-day), non-scholarship participant.
